If it falls on a weekend or holiday
- Inspection Objection Deadline: It does not move for weekends or holidays.
- Inspection Termination Deadline: It does not move for weekends or holidays.
- Inspection Resolution Deadline: It does not move for weekends or holidays.
Each deadline is a date or number of days the parties write into the Dates and Deadlines table. A blank, 'N/A' or 'Deleted' deadline doesn't apply. When counting days, exclude the first day and include the last. A day ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time unless a Time of Day Deadline is written in. The parties check whether a deadline on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday 'Will' or 'Will Not' extend to the next day that isn't one. If neither box is checked, it does NOT extend. ClosingCal assumes 'Will Not', so if your contract checks 'Will', move any weekend or holiday dates forward.
