Florida appraisal deadline
When the appraisal condition has to be satisfied or waived. Many forms tie it to the financing deadline instead of giving it a date of its own.
FR/Bar "AS IS" Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase
ASIS-7 (rev. 12/24, effective 1/1/2025)
Appraisal condition (within Loan Approval Period)
By default it is 30 calendar days after the Effective Date (¶8(b)(2)). The deadline is 11:59 PM local time.
On the FR/Bar forms the appraisal condition is tied to the Loan Approval Period rather than a separate deadline. Check against your signed form and any appraisal rider.
